It was a beautiful day for Megan & Jordan’s wedding in Bloomington, Indiana. The entire week before was rain! But the weather cooperated and we got to take some fun pictures on campus!
Tim & I met Holly & Jason in Broad Ripple to take engagement photos. They have sooooo much chemistry! They chose the Fountain Square Theatre for their wedding location, so I was excited when Holly decided to have me design some movie posters to go in the outdoor poster cases at the theatre. She wanted to use one of her engagement pictures & design a poster similar to the original “Gone with the Wind” poster, so I got to have little fun with it.
I actually, literally bumped into Lena for the first time at Brian & Melissa’s Wedding. Anyway, Tim had met with Lena & Vince and I had not met them yet! So, when Brian & Melissa were running out of the church after the ceremony, I was finding my spot to get good pics and ending up right by Lena! What a coincidence!
Lena & Vince are one of the most caring couple I have ever met! They also know how to put on one heck of a reception for their friends and family! They chose to have their wedding reception out at his parents farm and it was magnificent! Martha Stewart would be jealous! Lena put so much thought into all of the details. I have never taken soooo many detail pics in my life! It was so much fun! I will post a separate blog on Lena & Vince later!
Lindsay & Frank’s Wedding was at the Ritz Charles, with the Reception outside behind the Chapel. What a beautiful couple! What a fun Reception with lots of dancing!!! We took their engagement photos in Zionsville long before the wedding, so we were really anticipating their wedding day and getting some great photos.
This little ring bearer was plenty relaxed and had one of the best seats around! Sam (The bride) has such cute nephews!!!
I love this picture! Sam with her Mom looking at her beautiful daughter on her wedding day! Tim & I had the pleasure of taking photos of Sam’s Brother’s wedding and got to meet her family the year before. Let me tell you, their Mom & Dad are a hoot!
Elizabeth & Michael were ok with seeing each other before their wedding, so we had planned a “reveal” which really made it fun for them!
Kyla & Jeremy’s wedding was a storybook wedding with horse drawn carriage and everything! We took their engagement photos in Noblesville and were able to find some amazing unexpected props and places to really make their photos unique. They posed by double decker bus and then we went to the park where they were serenaded by a gentleman who just happened to be in the park playing his guitar. So I coaxed them into dancing. They needed practice for the reception……
Emily & T.J. had a Mardi Gras themed wedding. Emily lived in New Orleans where she was attending school to become a Doctor. So all of their details were influenced by Mardi Gras, and a green & blue coffee cup as her inspiration piece! :) To start the reception they had a Jazz Band during the Cocktail hour. Guests were given beads for party favors. They had a special Hurricane drink and lots of Cajun style food at the reception. Mmmmm! Laissez les bon temps roulez!
Sam & Philip. I believe Sam told me that she had a crush on Philip since the 2nd grade! Awe!!! Why does it take so long for guys to get the hint you like them!
I met Nicole & Michael and we just hit it off! I was really looking forward to taking their Wedding Photos! They love to enjoy life, and are very adventurous! Michael manages the Crowne Plaza at Union Station, so Tim got a very special tour and learned some interesting history about Union Station. They had such an elegant wedding in a beautiful venue with so much character! You guys are 5 stars!!!!
Tracy & Chris….. Their Wedding & Reception was at the Kendall Inn. This is another great venue with a lot of charm!
Melissa & Brian…..Classy couple! Wedding at the Ritz Charles with a beautiful Reception once again! Tim & I had the honor of being seated at the same table as Brian’s Mom, Dad and Brother and their best friends who flew in for the wedding. You learn a lot of things about people and how much they love each other and how Brian’s brother likes to eat catsup on his turkey at Thanksgiving…..
